App blocked due to plan update error despite having only 3 user

Hi team,
​My AppSheet app is currently blocked with the message “Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed”.
​I have already removed extra users and currently have only 3 active users (within the free prototype limit). Could anyone guide me on how to refresh or unblock the app state for the free plan?
