App blocked due to failed invoice — cannot retry with new payment method

My app TACHIControl has been blocked for 3 days. I have a failed invoice from Mar 19, 2026. I updated my payment method (Mastercard ending in 6046) and the Apr 6 and Apr 7 invoices were successfully charged, but the Mar 19 invoice still shows “Open” and Retry fails with “Error paying invoice”. Emailed sales@appsheet.com 3 days ago — no response. How can I force the retry or escalate this? Update: This issue has been ongoing for 3 days and is affecting our daily production operations.
