App blocked after exceeding 10 users, now reduced to 8 users

Hello,

My app “AIMARRA REKOD JAHIT V1” temporarily exceeded 10 users and AppSheet flagged it as requiring a plan upgrade.

I have now reduced the app to only 8 users, but the app is still blocked and shows:

“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”

My account still shows 11 monthly users even though only 8 users remain.

I also copied the app to a new version, but the copied app is blocked as well.

Does the monthly user count need time to refresh, or is there a way to remove the restriction?
