Hi community,
I’m on a Free plan and my app is blocked showing this error:
“Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
Here’s what happened:
- My app was flagged for exceeding 10 users
- I deleted the extra users, but the block remained
- I copied the app to a new one and deleted the original
- The new app still shows the same error, even with only 1 user (myself)
I think deleted users are still being counted at the account level
even after removal.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to reset the user count
without upgrading?
