I want to move our on-premise Edge to Saas.

According to the doc above, Apigee seems to provide two Saas, Apigee X and Edge for Public Cloud.
Can I choose the both options, or just Apigee X is available?

Apigee X is the successor of Edge for Public Cloud (SaaS). We now sell Apigee X (and Apigee hybrid) only.

We are planning to use Apigee as API gateway in our project but still unable to conclude between Edge and X.

yes, For new customers. For new customers, Apigee EDGE is no longer available.
Apigee X is the hosted Apigee that is available for new customers.
apigee newbie question… It is clear to me why apigee edge have a charge for every api calls. But why is there a charge for apigee private cloud when it is installed on a company’s own servers? They already bought a license, installed the software locally on their own servers. TIA
