Apigee UI freezes when I try to create a monetization report in Chrome 78.0.3904.97

I’ve never used the new Apigee UI to create a monetization report before (I’ve always used the old UI), and I just noticed the page freezes up and results in an “Aw Snap”/page unresponsive/out of memory error when I try to click the “+ Report” button.

I’m using Chrome Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)

More helpful info: I just tried this in Incognito mode and it’s still broken. Sometimes the “New Report” modal appears, but it freezes immediately after. My org has a lot of developers and apps, so my guess is the web app is trying to load all of them (to show in the modal), and it’s overwhelming Chrome.
