We are facing an issue with Statistics Collector Policy in APIGEE. If you know any work-around/solution please help.
Issue: We are using the Statistics Collector policy to log some statistics to analytics server. The policy runs fine with no errors. But we are unable to get these statistics in dimensions(Analytics->Reports->Dimensions) while we try to create a Custom Report. -Attached the Statistics Collector policy that we used.
@Shrenik Kumar SD , It takes around 20 - 25 minutes to show up in trial orgs. Do you still see issue ?
Yeah I still see the issue. It’s been >2days I’m trying to write the statistics to Analytics Server.
Is your org monetization-enabled?
Pardon me, but what’s the exact ask here?
I used to see a similar situation in one of the orgs which had monetization switched on. My SC dimensions were not appearing in a custom report.
That is why I am asking: your org, does it have a monetization on?
Yes it is.
Then, this is the reason. Can you raise a ticket, please, so that support and development can take a proper look at the issue?
