If i have a situation where Apigee SaaS can be used only as Resource server, then value adds of Apigee SaaS as a Resource Server is ?

  1. Monetization.

  2. Analytics.

  3. API Lifecycle

  4. Security (Threat protection ,OAUTH, Layer 7 security etc)

  5. PCI Compliance and multi-tenant cloud env.

  6. Avoid any (Hardware, Maintenance, Support and Operation efforts) compared to Apigee in On Premise

  7. From Governance perspective (Security, Logging or any Error Handling ) will be part of the reusable design using Shared Flow.

Any other value adds of Apigee SaaS as a Resource Server

I don’t understand the meaning you are trying to impart with the term “Resource Server”.

Nor do I understand “only as a Resource server”.
