Apigee Instance Not Responding

On 16/7/2024 All of my proxy depoyment have this error:

Status: instance “asia-southeast1” is not reporting status for environment group “dev-group”
Then I tried to detach an environment, create a new environment and new groups but the error still persist.

Therefore I delete the instance and recreate the instance on asia-southeast-1 region. The creation of new instance fail and have this error: Internal error during operation. Please retry the operation. If the error persists, please contact Apigee support. For my GCP project I’m not able to submit a case to support.

Is there a way to trouble shoot this?

I had found out the issue, the service account for Apigee was some how got revoked. It causing the error when creating or editing the Instance.
