Currently I am exploring on automating Apigee Upgrade to 1.12 using helm through CICD pipeline. Does anyone else tried this, is it feasible to do. What are the options we have to do it.

Good question. It would be great for more operations work to be shared and discussed here. We know the google cloud engineers are doing this for the X product. Sharing their knowledge for Hybrid product would be very valuable.
We are beginning to investigate the use of FluxCD for this purpose.
