After upgrade of docker to latest 4.42.0 my apigee local emulator does not work any more, it was working fine for couple of weeks
I have verified it works in 4.41.2 after downgrading again.

I was facing this issue also.
Thanks @alirz it working properly with docker desktop version 4.41.2.
I was having the issue in Ubuntu as well, downgrading did the trick.
Thank you @alirz
Same had to downgrade docker this is annoying
This looks like a compatibility issue with Docker 4.42.0 rather than your emulator setup itself. Since you’ve already confirmed it runs fine on 4.41.2, the safest workaround for now is to stick with that version until Docker resolves the port handling bug.
You can also try:
Checking Docker release notes or GitHub issues for 4.42.0 — this is likely already being tracked.
Explicitly mapping your Apigee emulator ports in the docker run command or docker-compose.yml to avoid conflicts.
Flushing any lingering containers/networks from 4.42.0 (docker system prune -a) before relaunching.
But if stability is critical, rolling back to 4.41.2 is the practical solution until an upstream fix is pushed.
