apigee edge proxy + high latency on api calls

Hi Team ,

Using enterprise vesion of apigee 4.17.09 .

since 4 week getting intermediate issue of high latency .

That is response time increase .

When restart any RMP out of 6 , issue get resolved and Latency decrease .

RMP=6,CZK=3

Kindly suggest any possible solution .
