I guess you want a github repo, maybe to have it handy and develop proxies without internet connection, unfortunately that does not exist, you may download the antipattern.pdf if that would suit your needs.

Or you can also navigate the results of the Google search: "site:github.com apigee documentation" to find something that adjusts better to your needs.

Mostly yes, it’s updated quite often but the products are somewhat different as you might know, but specially for Proxy development, those apply 99% of use cases.
