Anyone else experiencing unexpected error between 1 and 2 PM EDT today?

We just got reports of “invalid Sync token” messages from several users. Looking at log entries errors seemed to have occurred across multiple data tables. I am fairly sure there was some backend issue. I haven’t seen an error since 1:50 pm EDT but users so far are not operational.

Seeking a way to resolve the users inaccessibility to the app. I am trying to confirm with a user if logout/login will resolve.

Anyone else having these issues?

User was NOT able to resolve by logging out of the app and then logging back in again. I have access the same app after the errors and I personally seem to be functioning okay.

Received an email that issue was identified and resolved. Based on user responses, it looks like that was around 3pm.
