My Main data contains records for different sites [SITE] and each Site has several records. I have another record marked [STATUS] which can either be historical or current.
In case a site is transferred from current to historical, I would like a button to appear in the ‘hamburger’ menu , as it will unclutter the other actions I already have, that can easily convert the [Status] to Historical. They would also need to select a drop-down of which site they wish to change the status to.
However, I have tried to research how this is done. I think it should be a BOT or a process, but I am not sure how to do this, even after trying to learn it myself. I would be extremley grateful for your advices.
