Alterar Usuário de Pagamentos - BigQuery

Olá, bom dia!

Um colaborador criou um projeto no Google Cloud, onde criamos um espaço de trabalho no BigQuery. Este colaborador criou o perfil de pagamentos como “Pessoa Física”, e até onde encontrei informações, não é possível mudar o perfil de pagamento.

Também não estamos conseguindo adicionar outro usuário de pagamentos.

Minha dúvida é: como faço para trocar o e-mail/usuário cadastrado como responsável pelos pagamentos? Pois caso o colaborador saia da empresa e desative seu usuário, iremos perder o acesso ao projeto? Como proceder nesse caso?

To change the email address associated with a payments profile, you can contact Google support. They will be able to help you update the information on your account.

If the collaborator leaves the company and deactivates their user, you will not lose access to the project. However, you will no longer be able to add new users to the project or make changes to the payments profile.

To prevent this from happening, you can create a new payments profile for your company. This will allow you to add multiple users to the project and make changes to the payments profile without having to worry about losing access if someone leaves the company.

To create a new payments profile, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Google Cloud console.
  2. Click the “Billing” tab.
  3. Click the “Payments profiles” tab.
  4. Click the “Create payments profile” button.
  5. Enter a name for your payments profile and select the type of payments profile you want to create.
  6. Click the “Create” button.

Once you have created a new payments profile, you can add users to the project and make changes to the payments profile as needed.
