All TikTok data reports are accurate except for the purchase value

The current data source is from TikTok. all reports are accurate except for the purchase value. In TikTok platform, it has the correct amount of value but when it is in the DS report, it only shows $0.

It sounds like the purchase value field from your TikTok data source is either not being passed as a numeric metric or is missing in the underlying schema when Looker Studio pulls it. In Looker Studio, check the data source schema under Resource > Manage added data sources and confirm the purchase value field is mapped as a number rather than text. If TikTok’s API or connector sends it as a string or null, you may need to create a calculated field to cast or transform it. Also verify the connector you’re using supports that metric—some third-party connectors require explicitly enabling revenue-related fields in their TikTok API settings before they populate in reports.
