All my servers are not seen after account termination and then reopening of billing account.

I had a pending bill due to a crazy hectic period in the startup and I missed the messages about suspension late December and then on 1st Jan the account was terminated. Cursing myself for this now.

I have today paid the pending bill of US$23 and the I have reopened the billing account.

But I am not able to see my servers now. Is there a way to get them back pls, I had some critical data in them, I will be in serious trouble without them.

Can someone please comment on this, I need one of those lost servers for an upcoming demo to a prospective client. Thank you.

It sounds like the account termination might have caused the servers to be disabled or decommissioned, and now that the bill is paid, they might not have been automatically restored. However, this isn’t really within my expertise, so I’d recommend reaching out to Cloud Billing Support to help sort this out and see if they can recover your servers.
