All Google Cloud SQL instances are getting suspended due billing issue

instances get suspended due to billing issues but I’ve enabled the billing option in the console and all of my information is correct. all sql db still suspended from 1 hours ago.

  1. Did you’ve checked wether correct billing account is assigned to project where SQLs are configured?

  2. If yes, did you’ve tried to start SQLs manually ?

  3. If yes, and it’s not possible, did you’ve tried to stop/start SQLs?
