after free to paid upgrade site is stopped working

Hello

my free trail is expired , i have upgraded it to paid , suddenly site is stopped working , sftp is stopped working , even SSH is stopped working , how can we restore my server , we don’t have any direct support google supports

Can you provide more information regarding your problem, like the machine image, machine type used? Please try restarting the VM or recreating it. Also, double check your quotas. Let me know if you need help. Thank you.
