I have only one employee view which has a security filter to show the his/her employees working under them. Now I want to have an overall view where I can make visualizations for each employee and the projects he is working with. How do I achieve this?

A dashboard view could be functional. Adding employees view and projects view.
Just enable “Interactive mode” and when you click in an employee, you will have a filter detail of their projects automatically.
*Be sure to include a reference column in your projects to link with an employee.
