Adding multiple rows to a table from a second table using a reference from a third table.

I would like to automatically add a number of rows to a table, based on look up value. Table A has a list of items, table B has a batch code, Table C has batch details. I would like to look up the batch code from table B in Table A, and return all rows from table A to Table C.
