Adding a “Launch email report” behavior to a slice view

I have a “Basic Report” view that pulls from the “Monthly Report” Table that uses a behavior to launch an email report.

I made a slice to create a different view for different user profile that excludes some of the columns and associated views. I want to add the behavior to the slice view to launch “ Monthly Report”

Also the “ADD”, “EDIT” and “DELETE” do not show up in the slice view
