Action to save the contact in the phonebook

I have an action button that sends a message on WhatsApp. I would like him to click on two functions at the same time:

  1. Save the contact to the phone’s phonebook with the name, adding the information in the two columns [Name] and [City];
  2. Open WhatsApp to send a message (it is already working).

WhatsApp expression I currently use:
“https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=55” & SUBSTITUTE ([Phone], “+”, “”)

Unfortunately AppSheet has no access to mobile device’s contacts
