I am wondering what would be the best approach for sending a text message. I have a list of people that are dispatched at various times, and I wanted to know if it is possible to send a text message to a particular phone based on whose available that evening. Would actions or workflows be the better approach to this?
I would create that functionality with an action. Then it will send that SMS always from your phone/number.

I have created the action with the following parameters
Target data=“Booting”
Updats=“Adds and Updates”
Of [Properties] = “Aria”
To send an email. I used my email address as a test. The app is deployed, the email is valid and the filter is valid. Also…I set the table view to Booting based on the above filter. I am still not receiving emails.
Check the reason from the Audit history details. For that, you need to find the correct Workflow record and then go to details.
