Account-level GCP service restriction preventing me from fixing an reinstated project

Hello Google Developer Community,

I am facing a contradictory account restriction loop on Google Cloud Platform and need guidance or an escalation path to the compliance team.

The Problem: My entire Google Cloud Platform service access was restricted at the account level due to an unintentional policy violation tied to an API project.

Recently, I received an official notification stating that my specific project, Google ADK course (Project ID: focus-loader-491410-t1), has been reinstated so that I can log in and fix any remaining compliance issues.

The Catch: Because my entire GCP access is restricted at the user account level, I cannot load the console. When I try to access the dashboard to fix or completely delete the project as requested, I am blocked by the account restriction landing page.

I am stuck in an automated loop: I am permitted to fix the project, but locked out of the console to do so.

My ultimate goal is to simply log into the console so I can entirely delete the project to bring my account back into good standing, especially since my developer portfolio relies heavily on this account’s Firebase setup.

If any Google team members or forum moderators can help escalate this account-level vs. project-level block to the routing desk, I would be incredibly grateful.

Thank you.
