Hi AppSheet Team, My primary account is currently blocked due to a 30-day historical user count flag. I have scaled back my team to 8 users, removed all paid security features, and cloned the project to a new app ID (PII Removed by Staff). However, the account-level flag is still blocking the app definition fetch. Could a moderator or support specialist please clear the 30-day active user count flag on my account so we can continue on the Free Prototype plan? Thank you!
