Account is blocked and not able to upgrade subscription

My appsheet account is blocked due to plan update. but when i try to update plan from free to per user it gives below error. Kindly help how to resolve

Any updates? I just cannot contact Google on the phone. I want to upgrade my subscription too. But have the same payment intent error

I tried to contact through chat but chat keeps giving multiple options to select and land on those write up pages to strip approval which i don’t understand after reading 10 times what to to from where to do because i am not technical person

and no live person assist coming for chat
