I am trying to understand why my AppSheet prototype remains blocked after correcting the setting that originally caused the plan error.
I am using a Free account and the app is still in Prototype state.
Initially, “Require user sign-in” was enabled, which caused AppSheet to require Starter. I have since disabled user sign-in and enabled the required public/insecure app confirmations.
Current status:
- Deployment Check: PASSED
- User sign-in: PASSED
- Account status: PASSED
- App definition errors: PASSED
- Analyze app features shows Starter, Publisher Pro, Core and Enterprise as ALLOWED
- The app remains in Prototype state
However, the preview still shows:
“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
Billing still shows Free (For prototypes/personal).
Is there another setting I should check that could still require a paid plan, or can the plan status sometimes remain cached after correcting the configuration?
