My account (PII Removed by Staff) is currently blocked globally with the error: “Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
This happened because my prototype app (“Aplikasi guru madin”) accidentally reached 12 monthly users due to missing user sign-in restrictions, which caused the system to track different browser sessions as unique users.
I have now updated the app security settings and strictly enabled “Require user sign-in” via Google authentication to restrict the user count under the free limit.
Could you please help reset the historical rolling user count and unblock my account?
