Hi, my account is currently blocked because one of my prototype apps exceeded the 10-user limit. Following the recommended steps, I have copied the data and deleted the original app. All my current apps are now well under the 10-user limit, but the block remains across my entire account. Could a moderator please help reset my account status? Thank you.
