Accessing File using gettablefileurl

I have created pdf files, and I want to share it. I generated the URL, but it is not usable with my generated link below.

https://www.appsheet.com/template/gettablefileurl?appName=BanrimkwaeApp-3555979&tableName=Bookings&fileName=%2FInternalReport%2FReport-0AE38982-2201082348.pdf

However, it is useable once I used what’s autogenerated by Appsheet (That I couldn’t control and share it)

Is there any way that I can fix the problem that I make the link to the PDF I generated usable?.
