I have a google domain setup (me.org.nz). I have created several Groups on my domain, i.e. me@me.org.nz, you@me.org.nz, they@me.org.nz . I have added several gmail.com and other business.com emails that have been linked to a google account to each of these Groups to allow them access to various tables in the app. This way I only have to share the app with the me.org.nz Groups.
So essentially I only want to share the app with 3x me.org.nz accounts rather than with 15x gmail.com accounts.
For some reason the access is denied for the gmail accounts under each me.org.nz Group.
How can I provide access to these 15x gmail accounts by using my domain Groups? I would prefer to rather manage the Groups than each individual gmail account.
Or will it be easier for me to create a Permissions table with email addresses and roles? I can then lookup the emails as useremails to provide access?
