About Pricing Plan

Hi, just a curious question before I buy the premium plan.

I understand the pricing plan is per user / month. However, the applications that I need to create is project based, hence each application will have a different set of users. so my question is, can I just purchase say 20 user license for 3 applications, or do i need to purchase 60 user license for 3 application?

Just curious, I dont want to over or under subscribe for the licenses.

Thanks.

Very basically, each distinct email login to any app is counted as “1 user licence”

I have a similar difficulty as my App is divided into about 8 modules. One client might have 4 projects and each uses the 8 modules. He will have the same Project Manager that runs all 4 projects x 8 modules and must pay $10 x 4 x 8 ($320) per month for that single user. Same again with the Quality and Safety guy.

It would be great if Appsheet could address this somehow so all ‘related’ Apps could be treated as one. It is ok to pay for another user if the App (and it’s 8 related apps) are used for another project. Then the Project Manager above would be $40 per month rather than $320.

Each distinct email address that logs in is counted as “1 user licence”. Regardless of the number of apps you have, provided any email address that’s white-listed in all of your apps, will be counted as “1 user licence” not 8, 10, 50. So any licence of a user, can login to anyone of your apps freely.

Per-user Plans
When you build apps for users within your organization, you probably need to identify specific people who will use the app (perhaps members of your team or department). This is an ideal case for a per-user subscription plan. In a per-user plan, you purchase licenses for every user of your apps. Each licensed user can use many of your apps. So for example, if there are ten people in your team, you should purchase ten licenses and you can create one app, two apps, or any number of apps that are used by these users.

Thank you, that is great. So I would purchase a per user plan and each would pay a set amount and can use any app or copy of an app from me. Perfect.

@Riki_Armstrong
Yes correct. I assume that the apps are under your account, not the clients.
