Is it only possible to assign Appsheet licenses through GoogleWorkspace(Google Admin console)?
I would like to assign Appsheet licenses to users of outside the organization, but is it possible?
I can not find out way to control licenses for other users. ( I’ve tested and I was able to upgrade my own account through on : https://www.appsheet.com/Account/Account/Billing )
I understand that I can purchase Appsheet licenses on the GoogleWorkspace Management Console and assign a license to a user, but I would like to know if there is any other way to manage Appsheet license as itself. In [Account/Billing], I can buy multiple licenses so I am wondering about it - I understand I can buy two or three licenses but how to assign them to my partners.
I have not been able to find much information on this, and would like to know if there is any other way.
I’m not sure about all the details of interactions between AppSheet and Workspace. However, at least for an AppSheet account outside of Workspace, you don’t need to assign licenses. In your AppSheet account, set the number of licenses you need, which you’ll then be billed for monthly. Separately, manage access to your account’s apps so that the number of users in a month doesn’t exceed that number of licenses. There are not named seats.
I didn’t recognize that kind of license scheme, thanks so much for your comment. Actually I assumed Appsheet as a service like PowerBI of Microsoft, for example. ( I thought of scheme like users are managed in directory and admin gives them permission to use that app, like PowerBI and so on.)
