503 Service Unavailable after a successful request-Need to deploy again

Why i am getting 503 Service Unavailable after a successful request. This is happening in private space and i have deploy the proxy every time once get the error. The request doesn’t show up in trace. Once the proxy deployment is completed first request executed successfully and following all the requests get error.

Anyone experience this issue before?

HI - Can you confirm that you dont have more than one target and the second one is not configured correctly or not up ?
