500 unhandled task error

Hello all,

I created an application integration, and it works fine. Recently, I encountered this error.

The log showed a 500 error code.

As I read the documentation, it can be an internal error or a bug. Nevertheless, the integration works as expected, and even the sub-integration ran successfully.

But this message is quite annoying and kind of shows that the integration failed, even though all the tasks ran as expected.

Can anybody help to rid this error? Or to trace the cause of it?

Hey @nickodemusrr - I am looking into this. Looks like the error is because of null value in the json payload. To reproduce the issue, can you share the json payload that is causing the error? If you have Google Support, can you open a ticket to provide all the details? If not, please DM (Direct Message) me with the json payload that is causing the error.

How do I DM you? and the other question is how could I found this json payload in the application integration?

This integration called sub-integration, the sub-integration return success, but the main integration said it failed.

Hi @nickodemusrr, due to recent changes you won’t be able send a DM. The issue likely happens when the sub-integration after successful execution sends the data back to the main integration. Please open a ticket to provide the details of project and integration name to debug the issue. I can check the json payload once I have the integration details.
