2.5 Flash Tuning Job Fails

When using the same data I used to tune 2.0 Flash to try and tune 2.5 Flash, I get this error:

"Dataset example X of Y contains an unsupported modality [function call] in the “parts” field, which is not supported by this model. The supported modalities are: [image, PDF document, audio, video]. "

I used gemini-2.5-pro as base for my tuned model, and I got the same error as flash and flash-lite: Dataset example 1 of 2 contains an unsupported modality [function call] in the “parts” field, which is not supported by this model.
